Helen Neer Originally from Chicago, Helene became a Broward resident in 1982, and first obtained her real estate license in 1984. In 1990, Helene first placed her license with PA Lethbridge & Co. After a brief association with Remax in Loxahatchee Fl, and Coldwell Banker in Plantation, Helene has returned to P.A. Lethbridge and is currently licensed there. During her career, Helene has been a top producer of residential real estate, specializing in the communities of West Broward County, Florida. Helene has varied business experience in financial management, and also worked in the mortgage banking and title insurance industries. Finally, Helene is well known as a breeder and exhibitor of French Bulldogs. |

Judy Lyons has been a Realtor for 39 years. In past years she has served as Sales Manager & REO Director for P.A. Lethbridge. She has a background in all facets of the Real Estate Industry. She specializes in all areas of Commercial Real Estate and Residential REO's. Judy has worked with the Resolution Trust, the FDIC and many Banks across the country in managing, listing and selling Commercial and Residential properties. She has just returned to P.A. Lethbridge from managing Westpark Realty of Broward for nine years where she managed and trained agents in Commercial and Residential real estate listings, sales and leasing. She currently serves as a Director for The Society of Commercial Realtors of Greater Fort Lauderdale and professional Standards Chairman of the Society. She is a multi million dollar producer and has won many awards in her career. | ||||||||
